You can cancel your order anytime before the items ships. Please note, we will deduct 5% from your refund to cover credit card transactions fees that we can not recover.


You may return an item purchased from Redline Systems Inc within 30 days of your purchase date.

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

You will be responsible for shipping and payment for the shipping to return the item to us.

We ask that you please provide us the tracking information for your return shipment. If the item you are shipping is over $99, we recommend you consider procuring shipping insurance.

Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Also, if your item is not in new condition, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If your order arrives via freight, please verify all items are present before you accept the delivery. If the equipment arrives damaged or has missing items, notify the freight company on the spot before signing for the delivery. Request the freight company take notes, pictures, etc. All equipment leaves our warehouses in new, unused condition unless otherwise noted. If there are no damages or shortages noted at the accepted delivery, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.


Once you ship your item to us and we received it, we will evaluate items to ensure new condition before the refund is processed. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days and will show in your bank account on the original transaction date, minus the 15% restocking fee.


We may replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
