Introducing the John Deere Rock Bucket for Compact Tractor 3 and 4 Series from Redline Systems Inc. This rock bucket is designed to be like the bigger skid loader rock buckets using a 2″ or 3″ tine spacing but scaled down to work on the John Deere series 3 and series 4 compact tractors. Now available in 3 widths , 72″, 66″ or 60″ with the choice of 2″ or 3″ tines. Our 54″ John Deere Rock Bucket works great for the series 1 and series 2 tractors, but we’ve had many customers asking for a larger version for the series 3 and 4 tractors.
Many of our customers have purchased this for use as a 3025E Rock Bucket, 3038E Rock Bucket, 3039R Rock Bucket or 4066R Rock Bucket and it is compatible with most of the 3 and 4 series tractors.
The bucket is constructed from 5/16″ A36 plate so it’s built to handle the abuse but not be so heavy that the tractor can’t pick it up and still utilize is maximum lift capacity. Two 2″ tubes run on the top and bottom of the bucket to help with torsional twist in the bucket and keep it flat. It has a solid back with clean out slots cut into the back to help let loose material fall through but keep in the larger rocks and debris in the bucket. Built to look as if it were a factory made bucket. Great for contractors, farmers, landscapers and the large acreage home owner.

This bucket was a good choice, and was a lot stronger than I expected. I have a gravel pit and I use it to remove the larger rocks. I scoop into the bank and shake the bucket which makes a pile of 2″ minus. I then take the larger rocks in my bucket and put them in another pile for other uses. It also works great as a root rake and many other uses.

I purchased a rock bucket from Matt for my John Deere 1025 about a year ago, and I was amazed at the quality of the bucket in regards to the welds, design, and craftsmanship. In short, I was extremely pleased with Matt’s product. As a result, I have followed Matt’s site out of curiosity from time to time, and recently saw that he was now making rock buckets for the John Deere 2 and 3 series compact tractors. I recently purchased a Branson 2515 tractor so I was immediately interested in finding out if Matt would make me one to my specs to fit my Branson quick attach. He assured me he could . To make a long story short, I received my bucket today and it is a supreme piece of work. So if you are tired of Chinese junk, poor welds, and just plain poor quality attachments, give Matt a try. You will not be sorry. I have owned dozers, skid steers, tractors , and loaders, and many attachments that were used with them, but never have I had anything that I was more happy with than I am with Matt’s buckets and his excellent quality of work. I purchased the 72″ wide model with 2″ spacing for use on my JD 3520 compact tractor. In my area, I need to remove as many small rocks as possible with each pass. I have probably used it as much for digging up brush/roots as rock removal. After an extensive online research for a rock bucket for a John Deere 4520, I decided on the Redline 72”, 2” . When I placed the order, Matt told me to expect about a 7 day delivery time. The bucket arrived in about 5 days.
The bucket fits perfectly on the John Deere quick attach front end loader. I’ve used it to dig out some big rocks, and am very impressed at how well the bucket performs. It’s also great for popping out shrubs and bushes, and sifts through rocky soil like a champ. It’s a great product, and I highly recommend it to others.

I have a JD 2038r and decided to buy the 60” 3” space rock bucket for 3 & 4 series tractors. This bucket is an absolute beast and could not be happier. The additional weight as opposed to the 2 series bucket is un noticed. The 2038r completely dominates with this bucket. This bucket exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I find myself using this bucket for everything in place of the factory bucket. I had to dig out a 60’x110’ area about 8” deep removing sod and topsoil. This rock bucket digs in like you wouldn’t believe!

I have a 2016 Deere 3038E tractor with the Hydros-Plus lift and curl cylinders on my D160 loader. I chose the 66″ by 2″ spacing RSI rock bucket to filter out the rocks dumped in my property by the subdivision developer. I chose the 66″ bucket so that the factory 61″ bucket would nest inside the 66″ bucket for when I take my tractor elsewhere. The 66″ bucket is a good match for this tractor. The RSI bucket was designed and constructed well. All the welds appear fully penetrated; and the powder coating is well done. I would buy from this manufacturer again in a heartbeat. It shipped fast to my employer’s loading dock. Everyone in the office was admiring it before I saw it, because I was out on the road that day.

I’ve waited to place a review until I could use the bucket extensively. The build quality is impressive. I’ve used it to remove rocks from my property, grub out small brush, trees and cactus. I’ve also used it as a rake to spread topsoil. All I can say is this bucket exceeds expectations and you cannot beat the customer service. Also it’s made in America and that’s hard to get these days.
