The Redline Systems Inc. Kubota Rock Bucket was designed specifically for the Kubota BX and B tractors. It is designed to be like the bigger skid loader rock buckets using a 2″ or 3″ tine spacing but scaled down to work on the Kubota BX and B tractors. It’s constructed from 1/4″ A36 plate so it’s built to handle the abuse but not be so heavy that the tractor can’t pick it up and still utilize is maximum lift capacity.
Two 2″ tubes run on the top and bottom of the bucket to help with torsional twist in the bucket and keep it flat. It has a solid back with cleanout slot cut into the back to help let loose material fall through but keep in the larger rocks and debris in the bucket. Built to look as if it were a factory made bucket. This unit also use the same pins and bushing as the Kubota dirt bucket and is compatible with the factory BX6315 quick tach unit. This bucket can also be mounted directly to the loader.

Fit my quick attach Kubota 2301B perfectly. Well built and works well for rocks and wood pickup. Great choice.

Works great with my Kioti CK 2610! One of the quick attach pins is a little too tight, I can’t push the pin in that last 1/8″ to lock it, but some minor grinding on the bucket will fix it. For rocks smaller than the bucket, this thing is amazing! It scoops them up almost as easy as stockpiled gravel. Even if the rocks are below the surface, the teeth and narrow 48″ width let me get enough ground pressure to penetrate beneath the soil surface in front of the rocks and push forward while curling, scooping up the rocks. For rocks larger than the bucket it’s more challenging, but still much easier than the standard bucket. If the bucket’s teeth were longer I’ll bet I could scoop those up too, but everything in engineering is a trade off I should have bought this bucket when I bought the tractor. Having never used a rock bucket before, I was a little concerned about the 1/4″ A36 steel not being strong enough, since so many other rock buckets use thicker pieces and a 50ksi steel or more. But this was perfect for my tractor, I guess the others were meant for tracked skid steers. This one’s lightweight, small, and after using it for a day, I’m not at all worried about damaging the bucket.

The good:
Well made
Made In USA
Does what I need it to do.
The bad:
Pins are coated with some sort of plastic film, they went in OK but removing the center pin was very difficult because the film became galled up from use. I will remove the film or use Kubota pins when I attach again.
Overall experience and communication with Redline was excellent.

i purchased this bucket from matt . he is very knowledgeable on his products .. i am constantly tearing into hillsides with a hoe having a loosened piled of dirt and sorting rocks from the dirt pile . i then scoop the rocks out with the skeleton bucket . it is installed on a kubota b25d
small machines like this should never be used to cut into hard rock laden earth with any front bucket..
it abuses the machine if you try… you bend things , example- the bucket and the loader frame .. i have tested this bucket out and it scoops up rocks with ease .. i use the small rocks at a later time around my property .. the bucket fit perfectly and i cant wait to make a removable hand made screen with 1” openings in the buckets mouth . im sure this will work fine as i have made different screen frames in the past and all have worked great , as long as the dirt is dry and not going to cake up in the bucket and not pass through the screen . i will send pix at a later date as they tell a better story ..

This rock bucket is sturdy and well made. Like Paul Zenir, I would like screens to fit the bucket to also sort
out gravel at 1 inch size. And a grid for 3 inch, for pea gravel and for pretty much sand or soil. The shipment fit in my Dodge Caravan with the rear seats removed (too old to be stow and go), as it is the bare bucket strapped with steel to a small pallet. I had two 8 foot 2×6 boards under it so the forklift could slide it in without interference from the tailgate.

Bought the bucket to use with my TYM234
I have enjoyed using the bucket to get over 40 loads of river rock off of my property so we can get a lawn put in next spring
Agree with Dale and Paul, inserts for managing smaller 1″ material once the larger rocks are removed would be a great option, this would have help me avoid buying $2k of 1″ screened fill material from the local supplier
Thank you Matt for great customer service through out the purchase process
Let me know if you come up with an insert for managing smaller material

Fantastic. Exceptionally well build. Factory fit (Kubota BX 23S). Texas hill country property with excavated dirt/rock for a driveway. I used this to separate the stone for landscaping purposes and move huge rocks around my property. Worked like a charm. Limited by tractor, not this attachment. Amazed at the abuse it was able to take without breaking a sweat. I purchased with the quick attach and had zero issues. Thanks for an awesome products, Redline!

I was impressed by the quick response from Matt to explain what he had in stock and the quick turn-around if I wanted to wait for a custom colour. I preferred black myself, so Matt did a great job getting it sent to my US shipping depot so I could drive across and pick it up. The bucket is a work of art really. Tight cuts and great welds all the way around. Very strong and not likely you’ll tweak it with a 25hp tractor. I did have a small issue the pins for my SSQA seem to be quite snug… I did get them to set but needed a bit more jumping on the levers than I’m used to. Could just need to break in a bit.
So far have popped a few 200lbs+ rocks with it and screened tons of smaller material.

As advertised, shipped quickly. Bucket works great.
Built very well. Communication with Matt was exceptional.
Using on a Kubota B2601
Daniel –
This thing exceeded expectations. I have found it works better than a rake in certain instances. It made quick work of resurfacing a pitted dirt driveway as I was able to screen and rake at the same time. Welds and construction are confidence inspiring.

Excellent product, very well made works great for my firewood operation …
Me personally I would not change anything
Joe (verified owner) –
Great product. Smaller than my previous rock bucket but makes work faster due to the perfect size for my Kubota B2650. Don’t let the Prefix “BX” fool you, works great on bigger tractors. Works well with scooping up firewood aslo. Fast shipping was a plus.

First of all you can’t go wrong purchasing from Redline. This bucket is built to last. Living in NY. We have a lot of rocky soil. I use this on my BX23S and it works great.
Customer service is awesome. Matt is there to help with any questions.
Thanks Matt

The rock bucket was the answer I needed for moving rock and boulders (1 per bucket and yep they are that big many fill 1/2 the bucket but a couple about 80%). Great thing is when moving piles of rock, boulders and soil, the rock bucket sifts and takes the rocks leaves the soil. The Kubota quick attach allows me to move from bucket to rock bucket in minutes. Initially skeptical about durability, no more this is durable well designed and built piece of machinery. Prompt processing, I got the rock bucket in less than 7 days to western Montana, and has been in use since it arrived. Great product highly recommended.

Exactly as stated. Fit Kobota quick attach perfect. Using it very hard. I have 2 acres of rocks. Shipping was easy. No problems.

The hardest part about the shipping process was finding the FED-EX Depot! LOL
I purchased the 48″ rock bucket to go on my Branson/TYM 2515 and it fit perfectly! While redoing my backyard it was discovered that there used to be a network of brick paths. They had been covered over by soil from rain and neglect. Removing these to grade and reshape the yard to flow away from the house was a giant pain until I purchased the rock bucket. I have now removed thousands of bricks while leaving the soil in a matter of hours instead of days upon days of manual work.
